Bearhuggs started with a single branch in Robinsons Galleria in 1996, primarily selling stuffed toys. Today, it has now expanded to several branches in the Philippines, both in and out of Metro Manila. Presently, Bearhuggs continues to offer the original stuffed toys, and its product range has extended to pillows, slippers, and other novelty gift items. These products are not only available in Bearhuggs branches in shopping malls, but are also carried in department stores , flower shops , gift shops and party item shops . Aside from retail, the company acts as a supplier, and also accepts orders for corporate giveaways and customized items in large quantities.
